At Milestone, we review and value dozens of buildings every year, and buy them only after full legal, technical and financial due diligence. Each one goes into its own property company, supervised by the financing bank.
We fit new insulation, new windows and a modern, smart heating system, and solar panels on the roof where suitable. The bill for the tenant goes down, and the house is fit for the next decades.
Asset management, accounting and maintenance are done by our own team in Berlin. No subcontractors stand between us and the tenant.

Most of our buildings stand in central and eastern Germany. That is a decision, not a coincidence: we know these cities street by street, and we manage what we own from close by. Berlin, Essen and Pforzheim add large cities in the west.
